Sara Nemerov, Founder & CEO of Envy, is a 14 year veteran of the licensing and branding industry, Ms. Nemerov specializes in helping her clients discover and crystalize the core messages of their brands and then find creative, yet authentic, ways to strengthen and convey that message to through targeted commercial opportunities that extend the brands’ reach and longevity. With unparalleled relationships throughout the retail, licensing and consumer products industries, Ms. Nemerov helps her clients speak to fans in new and exciting ways, thereby enhancing the fan experience and strengthening the bond between fan and artist.

Prior to founding Envy, Ms. Nemerov served as the Head of Global Consumer Products & Brand Licensing at Warner Music Group. Her responsibilities included overseeing the company’s (and its hundreds of artists’) licensing strategies and developing retail partnerships for WMG's iconic labels and artists such as Rhino Records, the Grateful Dead and Frank Sinatra and built mold-breaking and award winning programs for current recording artists such as Wiz Khalifa and Cody Simpson.

Prior to WMG, Ms. Nemerov served as Vice President of Global Licensing at The Trump Organization, directing an array of successful initiatives, including apparel and accessories, toys, mobile games and home furnishings for Mr. Donald Trump's brands; and prior to that, Ms. Nemerov held numerous roles at licensing agencies The Joester Loria Group and The Beanstalk Group where she designed and launched programs for blue-chip brands such as Pepsi, Daimler Chrysler, Ford Motor Company, Harley Davidson, Jim Beam, and the Andy Warhol Foundation among others.

Ms. Nemerov’s successful programs have been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and various trade publications. Her many awards and accolades include recognition of her work for Best Brand Extension (2007), Best Celebrity, Entertainment and Film Program of the Year (2013), Best Soft Good Program of the Year (2010, ’11, ’12 and ’13), Best Hard Goods Program (2012 and ’13) and Best Art Program (2013). Ms. Nemerov also serves on the Board of Directors of Licensing International Merchandising Association.
